We provide everything required for a sporting event from a simple PA System to staging, rigging, lighting and video recording. We work on individual one-off events, we can partner you on a series of events or be there for every meet, as we do for Ellerslie Race Course.

From your first meeting with your Account Manager, through planning, pack in, the event itself and pack out, you will be blown away by the professionalism and level of experience our Hire team offers an event organiser.

Equipment

Our equipment is high quality, our staff experienced and we are a bricks and mortar business with a show room where you can come and see the gear in action before you commit.

We offer three types of package:

  • DIY: collect and operate the equipment yourself, but rest assured that we will talk you through everything before you leave.
  • Deliver, set up and test: have our crew set everything up and test all the AV hire equipment onsite. And yes, we will still take you through it all!
  • Deliver, set up, test and operate: have our crew set up, test plus one of our technical operators run all your AV for the sporting event. We can even video and edit the event for posterity, or live stream it to fans and family.

Streaming

We can live stream your event from your place or your MC or commentator can use our dedicated studio. We offer a full production service or can just hire you the livestreaming equipment that you need.

Technical Support

We understand the sound, lighting and visual requirements of both indoor and outdoor sporting events. With 50 years in the AV Hire business we have supported most codes but we are always game for a new venture!
